Here comes the crackdown

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is joining two-dozen of his counterparts in urging federal regulators to impose restrictions on e-cigarettes. The A.G.'s want a ban on over 7,000 flavors now available. In a letter to the the Food and Drug Administration, they claim limits on advertising and prohibiting flavors besides tobacco and menthol will help protect kids. Schneiderman says that while they contain no tobacco, e-cigarettes have all the same addictive qualities as regular cigs, while research shows an "exponential'' increase in their use by teenagers.
